This B Complex Vitamin helps prevent sunburn
With Folic Acid
This B Complex Vitamin and folic acid (detailed elsewhere in the nutritional-wiki) are very closely related in purpose. It is actually a derivative of folic acid.
And Also Eat More Foods
Containing Folic Acid
- green leafy vegetables
- milk products
- whole wheat
- rye flour
- organ meats (we recommend only organic organ meats).
Salmon is rich in Folic Acid and is good for a PABA deficiency
As a supplement, it is safe in the amounts contained in most multivitamin/mineral tablets or B complex tablets. I do not recommend taking additional, single-dose supplements.
